TEKA RANCH - WHERE THE FUN NEVER ENDS - FEBRUARY 28, 2018 - WEDNESDAY -  LEAH'S BIRTHDAY
This little rooster thinks he is king of the jungle.

Another nice day here with sun and mild temps. The snow is melting and settling down.
The moon is full and it would be a very good night to do a hike across Lake Alice. I've been wanting to do that for a couple of winters-- do a nighttime hike-- and this weather is perfect.  Oh,well. Who would go with me?

One of these days before spring comes full force, I think I will do it during the day. Now would be a good time because there's still a lot of snow on the ice and it wouldn't be very slippery.

We were in town right after dinner to give blood at GPLHS. From there I helped at GSI and Terry went to an appointment. Bud and Diane gave me a ride to church at 4. The sermon was again on 1 Peter.

The soups after church were really good--and such variety! There were pots of chicken noodle soup, wild rice chicken, green bean sausage, chili, cheesy asparagus, vegetable beef, etc. A little of mine was left and Vicar Reich gladly took it home.

And that's all she wrote. Farewell.
