TEKA RANCH - WHERE THE FUN NEVER ENDS - FEBRUARY 15, 2018 - THURSDAY
Terry fed the calves a bale of hay, but on his way out of the pen, Tall Thomas followed him out and then 6 others went, too. The calves headed to Kevin's but Terry turned them around. Then they were on their way to Clark's before he got them back to the yard. That was when I saw them and went out to help.
We are at Tonya and Mark's. We went to Milbank first to visit with Batmobile about changing our phone service, but that was closed because of a family emergency. (We have been going to go to Milbank for quite awhile and then they were closed.) From there we went to Ortonville to pick up a 1/4 beef for someone in Mankato. Then we headed to New Ulm, taking the roads less traveled.
We saw Brandon's house; T&M's paint job looks really nice. Since the kids don't have school tomorrow, Eddie worked and went to a basketbball game. Now he is ice fishing with friends. Joe is staying overnight at a friend's house. Pearl is watching stuff on her phone, and Brandon just came home from his night class. Mark will be home after 2nd shift. Tonya, Grandpa and I have been visiting.
I forgot the goulash at home so Tonya had to fix supper. Bummer! But it was good.
It is snowing. Brandon said the roads aren't very good.
