TEKA RANCH - WHERE THE FUN NEVER ENDS - JULY 12, 2017 - WEDNESDAY
We gained another .02" of rain overnight, for a grand total of .08". Rosie said they had more overnight, too, so theirs totaled .75" on the west side of Watertown. South of here, there were reports of 3 inches. The sky was dark for a long time in that area.

It was a quiet day- just doing the usual, like washing dishes, doing laundry, working outside. Terry put a little more hay down and raked for a while. The guy renting the hay ground over east, mowed the alfalfa yesterday and raked and baled it today. There isn't a lot of moisture in the plants.

The high temperature for today was only 78 degrees with north winds, and tonight I wore my sweatshirt while I rode my bike. It was very pleasant.
I was making a list of tomorrow's chores, but I have the feeling Terry will be baling and I will be raking.

The raspberries are beginning to turn red. They are doing much better since I watered them a couple of times.

Psalm 118: The LORD is God, and he has made his light shine upon us.

Goodnight!
